I was really really happy earlier on, but you know how the bubble bursts and the happiness fades when you realise reality you don’t really want to know about. Not yet at least.

I only recently realised I succumbed to the Cinderella lifestyle, unknowingly. The need to get home as soon as possible every night, like some self imposed curfew.

Sometimes, you just need someone to talk to after work on the bus home, someone to give you advice, to wake you up from this little daydream/nightmare you’re in. Someone who understands what you’re going through. Someone who’s just willing to lend you a listening ear. The bus rides don’t feel so long that way.
